The Lincoln Park Community Services has proposed a supportive living facility for 1521 N Sedgwick, which will include Permanent Supportive Housing and Transitional Housing on site. The development team is seeking a special use permit for transitional housing on site and a Transit-Oriented Development designation.

Below is the powerpoint presentation that was presented by Lincoln Park Community Services at a community meeting on August 2, 2017 at Catherine Cook School where nearly 80 residents asked questions of the development team and Lincoln Park Community Services.
