While the experience gave her access to valuable business knowledge, it also helped her to recognize the value of mental and physical simplicity, which became the foundation of her business.
“I was in corporate America for many years, and I traveled at a pace that wasn’t conducive for wellness, both mentally and physically, I really needed to refocus, so I chose to slow down my life and, over the course of time, took a couple trips to Israel and floated in the Dead Sea, I was profoundly impacted by that.”
She discovered an opportunity to create a version of that Dead Sea experience and never looked back. “Because of those healing waters, people come from all over the world to float in that magical combination of salt to water,” she explained.
Opening her first wellness center in 2015, VIVE is now a national company specializing in Float, Cryo, Infrared, VAT, and Halo therapies. These alternative therapies provide simultaneous mental and physical restoration for individuals, athletic organizations and employee wellness programs.
Float Therapy
Our private float ROOMS are filled with 1,000 lbs. of pharmaceutical grade Epsom salt and 200-gallons of water creating a gravity-free environment. Our rooms also feature a sensory- free environment by creating a void of touch, sight, sound and smell (music and lights are optional). This curative environment will reduce the fight-or-flight response, allowing the mind and body to solely focus on healing and restoration.

Whole Body Cryo Therapy
Whole Body Cryotherapy uses liquid nitrogen to create sub-zero temperatures (-249 to -321) in order to induce the fight-or-flight response. This stimulus causes the blood to rush to protect the core organs resulting in a highly oxygenated blood that is enriched with collagen, enzymes and other essential nutrients while simultaneously flushing toxins and lactic acid from the body.

Infrared Full-Spectrum Saunas
Our private infrared 3-in-1 full-spectrum saunas consist of near, mid, and far waves, each with distinct characteristics and frequency ranges. Using electromagnetic radiation, infrared full spectrum saunas also cause an increase in core temperature aiding in physical and mental repair. Our Old Town location offers two full-spectrum infrared saunas offering different heating options. Our ‘Traditional’ Infrared Sauna offers heat maximized at 140 degrees for up to 45-minutes with a customized programs. Our ‘Intense’ Infrared Sauna offers heat ranging from 150-165 degrees for a maximum 30-minute session.

Vibroacoustic Therapy
Vibroacoustic therapy uses gentle vibrations and mild sound/frequencies to permeate cells creating a gentle massage from the inside out, influencing our physical and mental responses. This experience creates space for deep relaxation to take place to ease and ‘retune’ the body back into harmony, stimulating the regulatory, metabolic and immune systems back into balance.

Halo/Dry Salt Therapy
Dry Salt therapy uses a halo-generator to crush a super fine, dry salt that is then dispersed into an enclosed private glass booth for inhalation and topical benefits. These micro-particles of fine salt will penetrate deep within the respiratory system and work to remove mucus build up, eliminate bacteria, allergens, toxins and foreign substances in your lungs and throughout your respiratory tract and various skin conditions.

VIVE’s Whole Body Cryotherapy machine is the coldest in the WORLD maxing out around -321° and offers the broadest range of customizable programs, including thermal contrast, the option to have heat as well as cryo all in one machine.
Our full spectrum infrared saunas offer multiple programs to fit your specific needs, and are designed to raise the user’s core body temperature slowly in order to insure the most beneficial experience for rest and recovery. As mentioned previously, we even offer an “Intense Heat” option which sits around an average temperature of 155 degrees. The most popular among athletes and trainers.
VIVE is proud to offer the most advanced Vibroacoustic Therapy using top-of-the-line, sophisticated equipment, designed to recalibrate the central nervous system in the gentlest way possible. Our sound table uses the most advanced transducers to deliver sound/vibration therapy in the purest, most comfortable way.
Finally, our Halotherapy is the most effective salt therapy totaling at just around 27 minutes, compared to the 60 minute average salt room/cave experience.
