Join us on October 5th from 10am to 1pm for a Fitness Crawl to kick off Old Town Health & Wellness Week, which runs until the Chicago Marathon on October 13th!
During Health & Wellness Week, pick up a “course map” of participating businesses and events. Make sure to get each mile marker checked off by the corresponding business each time you visit them during the week. Turn in your marked off maps to OTMRA Staff or at the OTMRA table at the Chicago Marathon for the chance to win a special prize- whoever has marked off the most spots on their map wins!
Will feature the following healthy menu during Health & Wellness Week:
Tomato basil tortilla wrap stuffed with marinaded fresh grilled vegetables and mozzarella cheddar cheese. Served with organic baby arugula and feta cheese.
Salad with organic baby arugula, Romain lettuce, oranges, walnuts, feta cheese, with a light balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
