As was true of our founding bakery in Schnersheim, France, where the village markets dictated the daily offerings, La Fournette’s products are respectful of the seasons and local produce. Crusty, aromatic, and flavorful; the way bread is supposed to be, most of our breads are made with natural sourdough starters, a slow process that results in superior flavor and texture.
