Saturday, May 8, 2021 at 9AM: Pure Barre (Waitlist Only)

Join us for a 50 minute high intensity, total body, non-impact workout that lifts and tones muscles to improve strength, agility and flexibility for every body.  Pure Barre uses your body’s own resistance and mental focus to make you stronger in mind and body alike.    
 
When you join us for class, please bring a yoga mat or towel and water.   We recommend taking class in socks or barefoot, however sneakers also work for this pop up class.

Crunch & Brunch – FREE 45 minute HIIP (High Intensity Interval Pilates) mat workout led by Centered’s co-owner Lynne!
Old Town’s 3rd annual Crunch & Brunch program combines two of the biggest drives to the Old Town neighborhood, FITNESS & BRUNCH!  Old Town Merchants & Residents Association (OTMRA) asks participants to sign up for fitness classes offered by different wellness studios to then receive exclusive brunch offers from restaurants in the neighborhood.   

HIIP Class Description – Come meet us on the mat! Seasoned pilates practitioner or just starting out? We meet you at your level! Join us for a FREE 45 minute Pilates-based mat workout designed to strengthen your core, pump up your heart rate, and maximize your body’s potential! This full-body cardio infused workout will leave you feeling energized and fit!

Participants are required to bring their own fitness mat, gym shoes, mask, and water. The workout will take place on the outdoor roof of the Utopian Tailgate (1608 N Wells Street). Space is limited… Reserve your spot TODAY and we will meet you on the mat!

NOTE: Those modifying for joint injuries, spinal conditions, pregnancy or other special cases are STRONGLY advised to schedule a private session before integrating into group classes under Centered on North’s instruction.


Saturday, May 22, 2021 at 9AM: FFC Old Town

FFC Old Town is thrilled to be a part of the Crunch & Brunch Series 2021! We’ll be hosting an outdoor class at 9AM on Saturday May 22 at Utopian Tailgate.

Becca Russo will lead our signature LOADED class. This pyramid style total body format works in 30-second intervals adding in a new exercise every round, increasing your work time as you go. Once all 7 exercises are completed in succession you begin to eliminate one every round decreasing your workload.

After working out in Old Town, reserve a table at Utopian Tailgate! When you visit Utopian Tailgate after your workout class, you’ll receive a complimentary cocktail at brunch!
