Crunch & Brunch – FREE 45 minute HIIP (High Intensity Interval Pilates) mat workout led by Centered’s co-owner Lynne!
Old Town’s 2nd annual Crunch & Brunch program combines two of the biggest drives to the Old Town neighborhood, FITNESS & BRUNCH!  Old Town Merchants & Residents Association (OTMRA) asks participants to sign up for fitness classes offered by different wellness studios to then receive exclusive brunch offers from restaurants in the neighborhood.  

HIIP Class Description – Come meet us on the mat! Seasoned pilates practitioner or just starting out? We meet you at your level! Join us for a FREE 45 minute Pilates-based mat workout designed to strengthen your core, pump up your heart rate, and maximize your body’s potential! This full-body cardio infused workout will leave you feeling energized and fit!

Participants are required to bring their own fitness mat and water. 
NOTE: Those modifying for joint injuries, spinal conditions, pregnancy or other special cases are STRONGLY advised to schedule a private session before integrating into group classes under Centered on North’s instruction.


Ab & Flow

Our amazing instructor Maddie is going to take you through a 45 minute Pilates flow that will leave you feeling long, lean and strongAF! Maddie will keep you moving with a 45 minute flow that has some of your favorite Pilates mat movements while adding a spin to get that heart rate up and make you feel muscles you never knew you had! This class is a full-body flow with an emphasis on your abs -Would it be Pilates if we didn’t work that core?!? ALL levels are welcome, we will offer modifications for all levels so everyone gets a great workout and works up a sweat! The best part is all you need is yourself and a mat.


Pure Barre

Pure Barre Chicago Old Town offers classic barre, cardio barre and strength and resistance based barre classes that will strengthen your entire body, increase your stamina, improve your flexibility and provide mental benefits all at the same time. The classes are high intensity and low impact, and are suitable for all fitness levels.


FFC Old Town

Hizzi Hezbawi, FFC Old Town’s Fitness Director and Elite Personal Trainer will lead our signature Motiv8 class. This high intensity training workout is designed to increase aerobic and anaerobic capacity, enhance power production and develop overall strength. Short 20 second intervals at your “max” are followed by a ten second rest, which is repeated for eight total rounds.
