The Old Town Merchants and Residents Association has met with the owner-occupied developers proposing a new development at 1458-1500 N Wieland Street. The developers have provided us with a final version of the plans for this site. With the developer’s permission, the Zoning and Government Relations Committee invites all interested stakeholders to stop by the OTMRA Office (1543 N Wells Street, Lower Level) to review the plans and provide feedback to the OTMRA on this development. The feedback provided will be heavily considered by the Zoning and Government Relations Committee. PLEASE NOTE THAT PLANS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO LEAVE THE OFFICE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

The plans will be available in the OTMRA office (1543 N Wells Street, Lower Level) from June 24, 2019 until July 8, 2019 during the hours of 9am-5pm.

Evening viewings will be available for the following dates and times:

June 26, 2019 at 5-7pm

July 2, 2019 at 5-7pm
